Which areas do we deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to most places in Singapore! However, we currently don’t deliver to Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi Airport, or locations without an address. Thanks for understanding!

Is delivery free?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If the following conditions are met.
Spend a min. of S$25 if delivery distance is less than 1km, or
Spend a min. of S$35 if delivery distance is less than 2km, and
Spend a min. of S$55 if delivery distance is less than 5km.

When would you charge a delivery fee?

We charge a delivery fee when the conditions for free delivery is not met. 
 
That is when delivery distance exceeded 5km or the min. order amount required is not met.

How do we calculate delivery distance?

We calculate delivery distance using the shortest route shown on Google Maps. For example, if Google Maps shows routes of 4.6km, 5.3km, and 5.9km, the delivery distance will be 4.6km. Simple and straightforward!

You may go to our contact page hereand scroll down until you saw our 2 outlets' map.

Click on the link which will lead you to google map.

Once you are at the google map, enter the address you wish us to deliver to.

You'll be able to see the delivery distance from there.

Which outlet map should I choose to check the distance from my location?

We advise you to check on both maps so as to find out the shortest distance from you location. This is to ensure that the food sent to you will still be warm and the delivery fee is minimal.

$5 Delivery fee for:
min. order of $60 between 4-10km travel distance from our outlets, or
min. order of $70 between 10-15km travel distance from our outlets, or
min. order of $80 between 15-20km travel distance from our outlets, or
$12 delivery fee for:
min. order of $60 between 10-15km travel distance from our outlets, or
min. order of $70 between 15-20km travel distance from our outlets, or
$20 for no min. order islandwide (except Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island).

We have our own fans and Chingu! Different restaurant in Singapore has their own culture. We adopted a Korean popular culture because we are a group of Koreans and Singaporeans that came together due to our love for Korean food, drama and travel culture. We want to bring them to everyone who has the same love for all things Korean!
